Groups activities
The Château and gardens of Le Rivau are ideal for group visits (minimum 15 people). Whether you’re a garden enthusiast, a history buff, an epicurean or just a group of friends on the go, we can organise a special tours for you. A perfect day in the heart of the Loire Valley !
THE TOUR :
Tours can be self-guided or guided – Average length of visit : 2 hours
Group rate 2025 : € 10/adult and € 5/children aged 5 to 18 (castle – gardens – royal stables – temporary exhibition)
Guided visit in english of the castle or gardens (1 hour) : + €150/group of 40 people maximum
Audioguide supplement : + €2.50/(usable for 2 people)
Admission is free for the driver and group leader.
Visit + lunch at the restaurant La Table des Fées
We offer several lunch options :
– Garden Menu : Touraine salad (pork and goat cheese), Garden salad (vegetarian), goat cheese, tart, Rivau wine, coffee. Lunch + visit : from 32 €/pers.
Optionnal : Seasonal soup or charcuterie or aperitif (+ 3 €)
– Quiche Menu : Vegetable soup from the kitchen garden or aperitif, quiche (Tomatoes – Goat Cheese – Pork), goat cheese, tart, Rivau wine, coffee. Lunch + visit : from 35 €/pers.
– Warm Local Menu : Vegetable soup from the kitchen garden or aperitif, pork speciallity of the region (Rillons), Goat Cheese, tart, Rivau Wine, coffee. Lunch + visit : from 37,50 €/pers.
Conditions
Meals are free for the coach driver or accompanying guide.
Method of payment: Vouchers, CB, cash.
Restaurant service : from 1 April to 11 November from 12pm to 3pm (last service at 2.30pm).
Booking : we ask you to confirm the number of people by e-mail one week before the visit. On D-7, meals are invoiced.
Tea Room
Visit + coffee & cake : 22 €/person
For those who wish to enjoy the gardens in the afternoon and also want to savour something sweet, you can opt for our special package.
Group rates (from 15 people)
Package at €22/person, including : admission to the site, self-guided tour, cake and apple juice or glass of wine.

Enjoy an exceptional meal with vegetables and flowers from the garden at Jardin Secret, our gourmet restaurant with an intimate and creative atmosphere.
Menu : amuse-bouche, starter, main course, dessert, coffee, 1/4 wine, water.
